What does different mean anyway? Is there any reason we feel the need to be so defined, or is it just another piece of pathetic human existence. We have a problem. Needing to have a reason and a place for everything, needing so many rules for life to be what we call perfect. Gabrielle. Why does that name always come with the worst attachments. Nervous, scared. Things the world shouldn’t need to understand anything. Why cant we be simple, have a better definition for normal and not need to be so complicated. Why is complicated only a human thing. Birds, and bees. They don’t have depression or anxiety. They don’t go crazy. They don’t feel these deep things, these things that drive us mad. Over the edge. Why cant we be simple like them? Is it part of being the way we are, the rest of us… could it be the same if we weren't so complicated. I'm not so sure. I am really not. But if only we could be simpler there would be better things. There would be normal things that could make only one person feel good and happy. Normal. The good version, the better version. Why cant normal be like that. Smiles. And the worst part of the day is spilling coffee on your shirt. Really. Couldn’t that be our version of normal.
